PAT Testing

We carry out PAT Testing to help your business pass standards and this is then carried out at periodic interval. A PAT test is essential for any business and is required by law to meet health and safety standards. These tests involves a technical and visual test of the equipment to determine whether or not it is safe to use. The Portable Appliance Test is generally required every year, but depends on the appliance, the nature of its usage.

Landlord Certificates

If you require a Landlord Safety Certificate, give us a call or fill out our enquiry form and we can arrange a visit for our commercial electrician to come and visit your property and carry out the necessary inspections. Once it is completed and you have passed the regulations, we can then issue you with a Landlord Safety Certificate.
